Love making my healthy morning cereal. Also known as apple chia pudding. On the stove I heat up coconut oil, two diced apples. Once that starts to soften a little I add in 1 1\2 cups of unsweetened vanilla hemp milk and four tablespoons of unsweetened shredded coconut and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon or pumpkin spice. Let it sit on medium heat for about 10 minutes and then I do a quick almost boil at the end. In my mason jar I mix 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with 1/4 tsp of powdered ginger. I pour the cereal into the mason jars and stir it well to mix in the chia seeds. You can have some about 5 minutes later, or toss them into the fridge for morning. I also love mixing in a little #vegan powder in the morning to get those extra goodies.
