I love this I have been dreaming about today because I am doing this round much lower protein and carbs and much higher fat. Something very new to me over the last four months. So every five - seven days I lower my proteins even more and then increase my fats. So fruit, a glass of fresh pressed greens, a ginger shot, potatoes and carrots are on my meal plan today.
