Did you know that Lime essential oil is a powerful antioxidant that supports healthy immune function? I use Lime for many different reasons in my practice. It's the limonene component. Lime is a great mood managing essential oil as well. Another cpuple I love for similar properties are Ylang Ylang and Jasmine, which are often over looked. Ylang-ylang has also been used for centuries to suppress appetite and control food cravings, along with helping to reduce those anxious feelings, daily stress and the long winter blues. Ylang-ylang does this by stimulating your brain’s “satiety center.” As an energy healer Ylang-ylang opens up the flow of the heart chakra ❤ balances us as it helps release negative energy.
