Want something crisp to eat? How about simple #kale chips to #nourish your body and craving. I love kale chips, and I bet you will too! And I can never find allergy-free kale chips at the store. So it's make it or salivate when I go shopping. I am totally a chip sort of girl. Ingredients: 1 large bunch kale, wash and tear apart into bite-size pieces 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 drops Lemon essential oil Salt & pepper Directions: Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash and dry kale thoroughly. Combine EVOO and Lemon essential oil in large mixing bowl. Place your kale in bowl and toss in your oil mix making sure your kale is well coated by massaging each piece. Once coated, place on baking sheet in single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper Bake on the center rack for 45-50 minutes or until crispy. Place in bowl and enjoy!! Note: Keep an eye on the smaller pieces and take them out if they are done earlier; otherwise they will burn.
