Three months after getting solid results proving my non-fluffy, platelets were annoyingly sticky. My LDL Cholesterol was in the red zone, meaning higher risk of heart disease. In three short months I have dropped 47 points to just one point above normal. Nutrition, supplementation, nature. 💪😀💚 Joy moment for this mama. I finally had to treat myself like a client.
