Working with someone that wanted a pain relief/arthritis topical blend, but had to be safe for those with seizures. After some discussions she selected the oils she liked, and then I recommended adding in Myrtle. Not only has it been used to help in epilepsy studies, but the anti-inflammatory properties will help reduce swelling when topically applied. Great oil for this time of year. Enjoy 30 to 60 minutes of #myrtle essential oil aromatherapy several times a day to help the body in its focus to get rid of the sinus infection. Its natural analgesic properties can help give you relief from sinus pain. Myrtle's antimicrobial properties are an added benefit. Our final blend was: 30 drops total blend x 3 (90 drops) in a a 2 oz bottle then filled with FCO. Myrtle (Top) 15 drops Sweet #Marjoram (Middle) 10 drops #Cedarwood (Base) 1 drop #Frankincense (Base) 1 drop #Ginger (Base) 1 drop #Sandalwood (Base) 1 drop #Vetiver (Base) 1 drop #essentialoils #Aromatherapist #LifeEssentially #oilblending Essentials.PaleoVegeo.com
