Cleaning up my diet and prepping for a full #28daycleanse in January. Trying to stick as close as possible with an understanding of the time of year right now, and all of the things that ebb and flow through the holiday season. Parties, travel, busy schedules. However you can always #mealprep to make life easier, and just don't buy what you really don't want to eat. My #adrenals really crave simplicity right now. The added stress of the season. I sometimes forget, like when I thought it was a great time to start doing sprints....uh...nope. Or thinking that a lot of dark chocolate was not going to bite me in the butt. All week I've been a little anxious... So today I am like is this paresthesia or am I downloading something big?? I guess that just leaves me with #weip. ❤
