I'm surprised at how often I see this in the workspace, and yet companies wonder why there's no loyalty from their employees. This happens in MLMs as well. The leader that promises support and sticks the newly enrolled in a weak dead end leg. I'm glad that there's none of that in my organization. I'm also glad I left behind corporate life 15 years ago. How you treat people will always come back to you good or bad. #culture. #career #mlm #howyoutreatpeople
