It is finally going to be a day in the 60s today. Hooray!! Time for some #Autumn yum!! 1/2 cup of sweet potato pureed, 2Tbsp Spectrum Decadent blend (chia, flax, coconut, cocoa), 1scoop of #plantbased protein and a tsp of cinnamon. I warmed everything but the protein for 45 seconds. I stopped and mixed at 25 seconds. After 45 seconds I mixed in the protein and then sliced my apple and... Poof!! It was gone. #nomnom The chia expands a little which means you are going to feel fuller longer after this amazing snack!!
