Yes...you should totally text next to your ⛽. Although there's not a lot of evidence in cell phones causing or speaking a problem, he's standing next to a sign asking you not to use your cell phone. This is exactly the sort of flippant behaviors I have seen out there on theroads today. A guy made a left turn from the straight through lane in front of me this morning as an example. People...
