Healthy living used to be easy. You would eat food from the garden, drink from the water hose, and play until the sun went down. Somewhere along the line, living a healthy lifestyle became complicated…and I am on a mission to take healthy back! What is this Be The Change all about? We are a massive movement of people on a mission to inspire others to take ownership of their own healthy living, and to start a REVOLUTION! This start with just 5 days to see if you are ready to make some changes like being more mindful, eating healthier, and connected wholeheartedly to others. Myself and other support members will provide a week of coaching on going #glutenfree, paleo and vegan, connecting to your truth and why #nutrition matters. We'll provide you with resources to support you on your journey, an inner community and events to encourage and educate you start with a simple way to flood your body with 45 fruits, vegetables, and berries every day! Our jump-start program is there for when you’re really ready to shed (or SHRED as well like to call it) the unhealthy habits that are not serving you and establish new ones.
