It's only when you really think about the volume of the sugar added to your food that you understand why most processed food is so bad for us. Looking at servings with my daughter. Whole Milk is 3 tsp. Flaxmilk is no sugar added. Oat milk is 5 tsp. A bottle of real sugar soda is 10 tsp. One type of cereal was 1/2 tsp while another was 2 tsp.
