What do the kids visiting your house gravitate to noshing on while waiting for the food to get cooked. I recommend having a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. As well have some little items like applesauce, fresh energy bars, and if course we made some kombucha. Some kids have oral allergy issues so not every kid can have those fresh fruits and veggies. Some kids have nut , dairy, egg, soy allergies so make sure you ask when preparing because visiting family can be a fearful experience for those with #foodallergies ...
