Breakfast before my workout today. We're done with amusement parks and we're done with birthdays. So even though I am on the road I have from now until Thanksgiving that I can give it my all for my wellness and my waistline. Today I am having #Paleo Coconut Flakes which is just coconut. With unsweetened Flax Milk and raspberries. I will have my protein shake after my workout, and my vegan meal replacement shake for lunch with greens and hemp tofu for dinner. That's my meals for the next two days, and on Thursday I will have a second vegan meal replacement shake on the road. I am sure I will feel so much better by the time I get back to family for one last hug before we start heading back home. #paleovegeo #pegan #nourishedin30 #timetoshred #wellnessjourney #nomnom
