Women's Health Magazine shared this really cool post that I decided would be my first share for a workout playlist.Back in 2005 there was a study done at Brunel University where they tracked 36 runners. They found that the music that hit the 120 - 150 bpm was the sweet spot to kick your run into high gear. How amazing. This playlist will help you power up, when you feel like powering down!
